CRANE: Above all else, I am no Riddler. I have often found riddles a waste of a sane man’s time. However, with no alternatives, I’m forced to wade through the mind of Edward Nygma and his insufferable games. Even though it appears that his hand is being forced by an as of yet unknown assailant. But I know Nygma’s pretentious nature, and this riddle is for lack of a better word, riddled with it. If you stood behind Charles the First and possessed a severe case of apathy, that would have made you a cavalier Cavalier. Cavalier being both a person who supported Charles the First, and an almost infuriatingly carefree attitude. I wondered how it pertained to the situation at hand; until Irecalled the Cavalier Shipping Depot, in the China Basin. It’s one of Roman Sionis’ many fronts, and it may well be where the next riddle is hidden. My mind was also brought to the Cavalier himself, Mortimer Drake, but having personally committed him to Arkham myself, I don’t imagine he’ll be breathing free air any time soon. There’ve been a lot of answers to this riddle, but I feel this is not the time for democracy. If I’m mistaken, I will gladly bear the brunt of this. I will return when I can.
