Stephanie: The old Paris Paris on Dundas is about to become Taberna LX, with one of the folks on board restaurateur and chef Jonathan Poon who has spots around the corner on Ossington including: Paris Paris, Club Paris, Superpoint, and Favorites. LX is the common abbreviation for Lisbon, hence the tagline: "Lisbon inspired, TO experienced."

There are so many cuisines and concepts I think Toronto could use a lot more of, and Portuguese is definitely one of them.

Famous Last Words in The Junction is closing January 4th. The unique literary and cocktail bar launched eight years ago.

I told you guys big things were happening on Ossington. BREAKING NEWS: Chef Paul Boehmer's eponymous restaurant  Boehmer, has come to an end. While there's been no official announcement, the website is down and OpenTable has marked it permanently closed, for starters. The expansive destination transformed from a garage debuted on the strip back in 2010 before Ossington was the bustling strip it is today.
